A Rhyme for Lea!

Lea challenged me a few posts ago to write a rhyme like my Dad would do that started out with "There once was a gal named Lea. . ."

So here goes!

There once was a gal name Lea,
Who always wanted to be a
Farm girl with chickens
And veggies for pickin's,
And kiddies who love Momma-Mia!!!!

Now that's how my Dad would do it! No matter who or what we talked about, That's how the rhyme would go. It got to where he would start them, and us kids would finish them!!!!

Hi Cora!
Thanks for visiting my blog again. I must put you on my list as I like to visit when I get the time to sit and surf (generally at 5 am!) God bless you with great abundance of joy and health.

Oh, Cora... How wonderful! I can see why Lea is smiling!!!

Your story reminds me of a game my mom would play with me. She would draw half of an image and I would finish it. Then vice/versa. It was always so fun to see how our "squiggles" would turn into these imaginative pictures.

Hi Cora,
Just wanted to stop by and thank you for your nice comments about my blog site. I'm always amazed that people out there actually come and look. Lea, put a counter on it for me and then I was REALLY AMAZED!
Don't know if its too much coffee or just my nature but I seem to want to do 10 things at the same time, then have to pick one. Guess thats ok, then I don't get bored. Today I'm going to try and scent and coffee stain some rag balls, if I can make it work I will post a picture. If you never see a picture, then don't ask how they came out. HA.
I guess I wrote you a letter, so I will go now.
